Who it's for: Companies with a federal SBIR/STTR Phase I award active in the past 12 months, doing work in Hawaiʻi

HTDC will match up to 50% of a federal SBIR/STTR Phase I award, up to $75,000, for companies doing their work in Hawaiʻi. You need an active federal award from within the past 12 months to qualify. First-time applicants and neighbor-island companies get priority.
