A one-time grant for Oʻahu small businesses hurt by the March 2026 Kona Low storms. Non-agricultural, for-profit businesses that were operating and registered before March 10, 2026, with a Hawaiʻi-resident owner, may qualify. Funds go out first-come, first-served, so applying early matters.
